Salary: $110,700–$214,440 (base pay range varies by state)

What you will do
- Develop strategic relationships with partners from daily users to executive levels.
- Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Create and refine comprehensive account plans to exceed sales targets.
- Provide accurate forecasts and risk analyses using CRM tools and AI-driven insights.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close complex deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless partner experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or quota-carrying B2B sales.
- Expert-level skills in Excel and data analysis, including data visualization.
- Proven experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Strong background in SaaS, data analysis, or data science.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience in tax compliance or fintech industries.
