Salary: $110,700–$214,440 (base pay range varies by state)

What you will do

  • Develop strategic relationships with partners from daily users to executive levels.
  • Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Create and refine comprehensive account plans to exceed sales targets.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and risk analyses using CRM tools and AI-driven insights.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close complex deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or quota-carrying B2B sales.
  • Expert-level skills in Excel and data analysis, including data visualization.
  • Proven experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Strong background in SaaS, data analysis, or data science.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience in tax compliance or fintech industries.
