What you will do
- Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers.
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead commercial conversations, including pricing, terms, and negotiations.
- Run strategic account planning and business reviews tied to customer priorities.
- Coordinate with Client Success, Swag Sourcing, Marketplace, and Logistics teams to ensure customer success.
- Maintain strong forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years in account management, renewals, or AE roles with direct revenue ownership.
- Must be based in the U.S. (Remote in Eastern Time Zone or Hybrid in New York Metro Area).
- Proven track record of renewing, retaining, and growing revenue in subscription-based SaaS environments.
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships across complex organizations.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills to simplify complex concepts.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
