What you will do

  • Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead commercial conversations, including pricing, terms, and negotiations.
  • Run strategic account planning and business reviews tied to customer priorities.
  • Coordinate with Client Success, Swag Sourcing, Marketplace, and Logistics teams to ensure customer success.
  • Maintain strong forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, renewals, or AE roles with direct revenue ownership.
  • Must be based in the U.S. (Remote in Eastern Time Zone or Hybrid in New York Metro Area).
  • Proven track record of renewing, retaining, and growing revenue in subscription-based SaaS environments.
  • Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships across complex organizations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills to simplify complex concepts.
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
