What you will do

• Define and own the global sourcing strategy for SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, and IT services.
• Build multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with technology, product, engineering, and financial priorities.
• Lead complex enterprise negotiations and develop commercial models for SaaS licensing, cloud consumption, and multi-year contracts.
• Manage supplier segmentation, partnership models, and the global technology supplier landscape.
• Advise senior leaders on vendor selection, build-versus-buy decisions, commercial risks, and trade-offs.
• Use analytics and AI tools to optimize spend, improve contract outcomes, and drive procurement transformation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and commercial negotiations.
• Extensive experience with SaaS licensing, cloud pricing structures, and enterprise technology agreements.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex negotiations.
• Experience working in global or matrix organizations.
• Strong commercial, strategic problem-solving, ownership, and accountability skills.
• Ability to balance technical, financial, and operational considerations.

• Exposure to FinOps, cloud optimization, or engineering cost models.
