Procurement Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Run sourcing and vendor negotiations end to end, from requirements and market scans through RFP/RFQ processes, commercial modelling, legal negotiation, approval, signature, and renewal readiness.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships on vendor requirements, risk, implementation, and deal execution.
• Support strategic partnerships and complex commercial relationships where Lovable may act as a customer, vendor, partner, or infrastructure buyer.
• Model deal scenarios, pricing structures, commitments, credits, discounts, usage assumptions, renewals, minimums, and overages, then prepare clear recommendations.
• Improve procurement systems by developing vendor intelligence, benchmarking, contract and SLA data, intake workflows, approvals, and contract lifecycle management.
• Automate vendor research, contract extraction, renewal alerts, benchmarking, approval routing, and negotiation preparation.

Requirements

• Experience in tech procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills, including offer comparison, leverage assessment, contract restructuring, escalation, and walk-away decisions.
• Technical fluency sufficient to work with Product and Engineering and evaluate vendor claims and requirements.
• Financial rigour and experience modelling complex commercial terms and usage scenarios.
• Process-oriented approach to turning one-off procurement work into repeatable playbooks and reliable data systems.
• Fluent English is required for the application and role.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, scripting, or no-code tools.
• Comfort working with contract, invoice, billing, usage, and vendor portal data.
• Experience using AI to improve research, analysis, and operational workflows.
