Sr. Category Management Executive (Healthcare)

Location: Irving, Texas, at hirify.global Corporate HQ, or at a member site in Oklahoma; willingness to travel is required.

Estimated annual salary: $88,900–$155,500, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies for assigned healthcare product and service categories.
• Manage sourcing initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, including plans, timelines, client engagement, and execution.
• Analyze category, market, supplier, utilization, spend, and contract performance data to identify savings and optimization opportunities.
• Research market conditions, emerging technologies, supplier capabilities, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sourcing representatives, clinicians, physicians, value analysis leaders, and operational teams to improve quality, standardization, service, and cost performance.
• Prepare sourcing events, evaluate supplier proposals, conduct negotiations, support contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

Requirements

• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, consulting, healthcare operations, contracting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, or category management activities.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, project management, written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including independent use of AI tools and critical evaluation of generated content.
• Ability to work in Irving, Texas, or at a member site in Oklahoma, with willingness to travel.
