Manager, Procurement (Technology)

Location: Remote, United States; working hours must align with stakeholders across Eastern through Pacific time zones.

Salary: $115,200–$194,400 USD per year for United States residents.

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing and complex contract negotiations for software, cloud infrastructure, consulting, and other technology suppliers.
• Develop category and sourcing strategies supporting the CTO, CISO, and CIO organizations.
• Manage critical supplier relationships, including hyperscaler and cloud partners, and lead performance reviews.
• Analyze spend, market intelligence, supply chain risks, budgets, and category performance.
• Identify savings opportunities while balancing cost, risk, service quality, and business needs.
• Improve procure-to-pay processes and explore practical uses of artificial intelligence in procurement and negotiation preparation.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and complex contract negotiation.
• Experience procuring SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or other technical products and services.
• Working knowledge of cloud hosting, infrastructure services, and technology contract terms.
• 5–7 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in category management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, with strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced project management skills and a record of delivering measurable cost savings.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zip or a similar procure-to-pay system.
• Experience in a software or technology business.
