Sr Staff Platform Procurement Program Manager

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $108,750–$155,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus

What you will do

• Manage vendor contracts, costs, fulfillment, and capacity.
• Own new product development schedules and support time-to-market goals.
• Build long-term professional partnerships and business engagement with vendors.
• Develop internal procurement processes that support product cost and delivery objectives.
• Lead sourcing strategy and procurement management.
• Manage specification changes and coordinate internal stakeholders around procurement decisions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories, and processes.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, plus data management, analysis, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead vendor engagements, manage conflicts, mentor colleagues, and address complex issues with creative problem-solving.
• Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in written and oral form.
