TL;DR
Partner Concierge (SaaS): Facilitating operational alignment and field-level relationships between partner teams and internal sales with an accent on EMEA market growth and partner enablement. Focus on coordinating technical sessions, managing CRM data quality, and driving opportunity progression across the partner ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in the UK or US (East/West Coast) and able to operate independently within EMEA hours.
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with partner sales and technical contacts to develop them into product champions.
- Facilitate introductions and ongoing communication between partner sellers and internal field teams.
- Coordinate technical and sales enablement sessions, including scheduling and attendance tracking.
- Support account mapping activities to identify shared opportunities and ensure follow-through.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound partner requests in the EMEA region.
- Maintain high CRM data quality and track partner opportunity registration status.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales or sales-adjacent experience in B2B tech.
- Must be able to work independently within EMEA business hours.
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity about network infrastructure and enterprise IT.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in CRM navigation and operational documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar PRM/deal-registration tools.
- Understanding of channel, SI, or partner ecosystems.
- Fluency in an additional European language.
- Familiarity with networking, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT.
