What you will do

  • Research accounts and execute outbound prospecting to generate high-quality pipeline leads.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with inbound and outbound prospects to qualify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to increase conversion rates and support the sales process.
  • Participate in live customer calls and eventually lead pitches as expertise grows.
  • Utilize AI tools like Claude to automate workflows, research accounts, and sharpen outreach.
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Europe.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation and prospecting within mid-market or enterprise organizations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce for lead management.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with a strong ability to adopt new AI-driven sales tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience pitching to C-level executives.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
