What you will do
- Research accounts and execute outbound prospecting to generate high-quality pipeline leads.
- Conduct discovery conversations with inbound and outbound prospects to qualify opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to increase conversion rates and support the sales process.
- Participate in live customer calls and eventually lead pitches as expertise grows.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude to automate workflows, research accounts, and sharpen outreach.
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation and prospecting within mid-market or enterprise organizations.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce for lead management.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a strong ability to adopt new AI-driven sales tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience pitching to C-level executives.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
