What you will do

• Manage all post-sale activities for school clients through relationship-building and strategic planning.
• Ensure consistent value realization from the GoFan platform to drive customer retention.
• Track account health to identify and proactively eliminate churn risks.
• Serve as the internal customer advocate, providing feedback to improve service delivery.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to advise customers on relevant features for their business needs.
• Simultaneously manage multiple accounts at various stages of the lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas
• 3+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role.
• Strong background in account management or sales.
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Track record of delivering measurable value to clients.
