What you will do
- Manage all post-sale activities for school clients through relationship-building and strategic planning.
- Ensure consistent value realization from the GoFan platform to drive customer retention.
- Track account health to identify and proactively eliminate churn risks.
- Serve as the internal customer advocate, providing feedback to improve service delivery.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to advise customers on relevant features for their business needs.
- Simultaneously manage multiple accounts at various stages of the lifecycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in Texas
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role.
- Strong background in account management or sales.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Track record of delivering measurable value to clients.
