Salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD base plus bonuses/commission

What you will do
- Serve as account owner and lead internal and customer stakeholders to ensure ongoing success for a portfolio of customers.
- Identify and mitigate churn risk to achieve company gross retention targets.
- Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue through strategies that drive product adoption and expansion.
- Quarterback onboarding, enablement, adoption, and retention initiatives via cross-functional partnerships (sales, onboarding, support, product management, finance, operations).
- Use multi-channel communication (video, email, phone, partners, internal/external champions) to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyze lifecycle metrics and ensure customer reference-ability and overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and customer success goals with verifiable results.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-customer-volume environment.
- Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset with comfort influencing C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to build situational awareness and connect the dots quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication plus strong presentation skills for small to large audiences.
- Experience in SaaS, al media management, and enterprise software.
