TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote).
Salary: $80,000 base + $20,000 variable (OTE $100,000).

What you will do
- Own the full customer onboarding path from initial training through to successful adoption.
- Monitor customer health and renewal risks, maintaining accurate status reports in HubSpot.
- Partner with Account Directors to align on account plans, QBR preparation, and expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to support sold solutions.
- Provide proactive outreach to ensure service-delivery milestones are met.
- Gather and share internal feedback regarding customer needs and product improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role.
- Strong communication skills with experience in onboarding and training customers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and surface actionable insights.
- Proficiency in managing CRM hygiene and risk status reporting.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a team-based account model.

- Experience in digital accessibility or compliance markets.
- Background in adjacent SaaS industries.
