• Analyze root causes of customer issues and partner with internal teams for resolution.
• Monitor revenue and margin health, identifying opportunities for growth or recovery.
• Streamline customized, high-touch processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales to identify and realize account growth opportunities.
• Provide project support and coverage for the broader Customer Success team.
