Salary: $91,300 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate SQL/Python development, data exploration, and insight generation.
• Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to improve player engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Own recurring business-health reporting and executive-ready narratives for Marvel Strike Force.
• Analyze player behavior across onboarding, progression, and core game systems to identify friction and opportunities.
• Design and validate analytics tracking for new features, live events, and experiments.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Physics, or a quantitative discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in data, product, or business analytics.
• 2+ years of proficiency with SQL and Python for complex data querying.
• 2+ years of experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting systems.
• Familiarity with A/B test design, metric selection, and statistical significance.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience within the mobile gaming domain.
• Experience with modern analytics workflows such as dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Git.
• Passion for RPG, hero collector, or strategy games.
• Advanced quantitative degree.
