Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee the entire data pipeline from instrumentation to presentation.
• Collaborate with departments and leadership to define data collection and analysis strategies.
• Identify and track KPIs related to engagement, retention, and churn.
• Manage database schemas, performance, and overall health.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines and supporting infrastructure.
• Automate reporting and develop dashboards for diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, schema design, and performance tuning.
• Experience with backend/analysis languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Proven track record of building and owning ETL processes.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, including regression, hypothesis testing, and predictive models.
• Must be based in North America to support flexible work arrangements.

Nice to have

• Experience in the games industry, particularly with large multiplayer titles.
• Professional background in Unreal Engine and C++.
• Experience with JVM languages for backend development.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Redshift, or other columnar databases.
