Location: Mounds View, Minnesota, USA. Minimum of 4 days a week onsite

Salary: $92,000 - $138,000

What you will do

• Transform high-level architectural requirements into detailed hardware specifications.
• Write clean, synthesizable, and high-performance RTL using SystemVerilog and Verilog.
• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Assist with silicon bring-up, hardware characterization, and troubleshooting using lab equipment.
• Create detailed design documentation and contribute to internal design reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of design engineering experience with electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry (or an advanced degree).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and Verilog for RTL coding and verification.

Nice to have

• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Tcl, or Perl.
• Experience with Synopsys or Cadence tools (Verdi, VCS, Xcelium, Simvision, vmanager).
• Knowledge of IC fault simulations and lab automation methods.
• Passion for automating processes using agentic AI.
