What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of client compensation partners.
  • Drive enterprise-wide compensation strategy, design, and program delivery.
  • Collaborate with People team and business leaders on complex and sensitive compensation matters.
  • Optimize compensation infrastructure, tooling, and operational excellence.
  • Serve as a senior trusted advisor on executive offers and critical retention decisions.
  • Manage compensation lead activities for M&A diligence and integration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • 3+ years in a people management role leading compensation professionals.
  • Deep experience in the tech sector, preferably at high-growth private or pre-IPO companies.
  • Mastery of job architecture, market pricing, and equity strategy (new hire, refresh, performance-based).
  • Advanced analytical capabilities in gSheets and Excel; proficiency in Tableau, SQL, or Python is a strong plus.
  • Must be based in the United States.
