What you will do

• Measure, analyze, and debug workloads to identify power and performance gaps on Linux, Android, and Chromebook platforms.
• Perform rail-by-rail SoC/CPU and platform power analysis and debug.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to reach consensus on performance projections and estimates.
• Guide and influence field account and marketing teams regarding product positioning.
• Create power and performance estimates for upcoming products to support marketing decisions.
• Enable test platforms through setup, calibration, and measurement execution.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Santa Clara, CA daily.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a post-silicon environment or test environment (Linux/Android/Chromebook).
• Strong knowledge of CPU micro-architecture (x86 or ARM).
• Familiarity with ITP/JTAG scripts, board bring-up, and power measurement tools like DAQ.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical audiences.

Nice to have

• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with industry benchmarks such as SPEC CPU, Speedometer, Geekbench, MLPerf, Passmark, or Antutu.
• Prior experience with hirify.global products.
