What you will do

  • Analyze structured and unstructured quantitative data to derive actionable insights for marketing program ROI.
  • Deliver comprehensive analytics, reports, and presentations to diagnose issues and inform executive decision-making.
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across GSSO functions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation, documentation, and governance practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in business or digital marketing analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics), Microsoft Excel, and analytics databases.
  • Understanding of dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio or PowerBI.
  • Baseline proficiency in SQL for data exploration and validation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven experience working with senior and executive leadership.
