What you will do
- Lead short-term scheduling for frontline teams, including weekly shift planning and real-time adjustments.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics such as adherence, occupancy, and shrinkage.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to maximize output quality and operational efficiency.
- Translate complex analytics into actionable insights to drive resourcing and operational decisions.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Care Operations leadership for capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or management consulting.
- Strong command of data and visualization tools including SQL, Looker, and Hex.
- Ability to synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights to influence leadership.
- Builder's mindset with the ability to establish frameworks and standards in a scaling environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with workforce management (WFM) or capacity planning.
- Experience in the healthcare or mental healthcare industry.
- Master's degree.
