Location: Remote (US), though the ability to be onsite in the NYC office once a week is preferred

What you will do

  • Lead short-term scheduling for frontline teams, including weekly shift planning and real-time adjustments.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics such as adherence, occupancy, and shrinkage.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to maximize output quality and operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex analytics into actionable insights to drive resourcing and operational decisions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Care Operations leadership for capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or management consulting.
  • Strong command of data and visualization tools including SQL, Looker, and Hex.
  • Ability to synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights to influence leadership.
  • Builder's mindset with the ability to establish frameworks and standards in a scaling environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with workforce management (WFM) or capacity planning.
  • Experience in the healthcare or mental healthcare industry.
  • Master's degree.
