Senior Business Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (Data Analytics): Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify business insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for digital product strategy with an accent on quantitative analysis and customer experience. Focus on designing reporting solutions, developing business cases, and improving customer engagement through longitudinal analysis.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States), with the ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary.

What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business insights across multiple domains.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to support digital product strategy and CX initiatives.
• Develop quantitative business cases to evaluate product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI reporting solutions and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Perform customer journey and longitudinal analyses to improve digital experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role supporting business strategy.
• Strong proficiency with SQL for querying and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data modeling and complex analysis.
• Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the USA to be eligible for employment and benefits.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting digital products, customer experience, or digital transformation.
• Experience developing financial impact models and business cases.
• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
