TL;DR

Managing Producer (Live Events): Overseeing the day-to-day development, execution, and fulfillment of live events with an accent on logistics, site surveys, and budgeting. Location: Hybrid (New York, NY). Must be based in New York, NY and have unrestricted US work authorization

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Lead logistics planning for events, including location scouting, budget planning, and contract management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day development and execution of live events to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with editorial, field operations, marketing, and legal teams.
  • Own production memos and lead the execution of on-site activations and collateral.
  • Develop concepts for potential sponsorships and ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Identify and implement strategies for ticketed and virtual event execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event production.
  • Proven experience in location scouting, contracts, and budgeting for large-scale events.
  • Thorough knowledge of current events and US politics.
  • Must be based in New York, NY.
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States is required.
