What you will do

• Lead real-time digital coverage by clipping, editing, and publishing high-impact moments from the 4th Hour.
• Own talent and celebrity coverage by shadowing Jenna & Sheinelle in-studio and backstage to capture social-first content.
• Plan ahead with broadcast producers and booking teams to maximize guest moments across platforms.
• Concept, build, and lead social franchises (recurring formats, games, interview styles, audience callouts) and turn each segment/guest into multiple content pieces.
• Produce original digital content across social, video, and TODAY.com, including pitching and helping produce editorial stories and recaps.
• Use performance data to iterate on formats and scale what works while ensuring consistency across broadcast, social, and site storytelling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital production, editing, or multi-platform content in a newsroom, studio, or entertainment environment.
• Strong video editing skills (Premiere preferred) with the ability to execute quickly and at a high level.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, formats, and audience behavior.
• Strong writing skills across social and editorial, including producing TODAY.com content.
• Proven experience working directly with on-air talent and/or celebrity guests in high-profile, fast-paced settings.
• Hybrid: contribute from the New York office a minimum of four days per week.
