What you will do

• Lead creative direction for commercial video projects from concept to final delivery.
• Partner with account managers to understand client goals and ensure a seamless production experience.
• Conduct virtual client meetings to present concepts and develop creative briefs.
• Plan and manage all pre-production logistics, scheduling, and shoot preparation.
• Direct on-location video productions, including leading crew and interviewing talent.
• Provide creative oversight during post-production to ensure alignment with client vision.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel 50%-70% of the time.
• 6+ years of professional video production experience in an agency or commercial environment.
• Proven experience leading client-facing productions and directing non-professional talent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, branded, or marketing-focused video work.
• Hands-on experience with professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for post-production collaboration.
