What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Studios to develop creative direction and identify new show concepts and formats for audio and video.
• Own end-to-end production of the flagship show, including episode planning, guest coordination, and on-location recording.
• Develop and maintain production systems, editorial calendars, and workflows to manage multiple simultaneous shows.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for hosts and guests, including on-location shoots.
• Oversee audio/video quality and direct publishing workflows across the hirify.global app, YouTube, and other distribution platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience, ideally with high-complexity shows and sizable audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously using organized systems.
• Experience prepping and managing talent and guests with professionalism.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with Catholic media, audiences, institutions, and ministries.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) or NLE (Non-Linear Editor) software.
