What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production for brand films, social content, executive communications, and a high-volume podcast and video slate.
• Develop detailed timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans to keep complex projects on track.
• Manage relationships and lead commercial negotiations with vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
• Partner with creative leadership to translate project briefs into final deliverables.
• Build and implement organizational systems and production standards for a fast-moving creative team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Texas.
• Extensive experience as a senior producer within a top creative agency or in-house brand studio.
• Strong project and product management rigor with a bias toward action.
• Proven track record of owning commercial negotiations and managing significant production budgets.
• Ability to maintain a calm, low-ego temperament while working with strong personalities in a high-pressure environment.
