Salary: $93,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Research, write, and produce strong editorial copy for live segments with speed and accuracy.
• Produce live segments by writing sharp questions and identifying high-impact visual elements.
• Edit video and SOTs using Avid Media Composer or Adobe Premiere.
• Pitch relevant and timely story ideas for daily and future segments.
• Multi-task and produce multiple stories for regular and breaking-news programming.
• Collaborate with correspondents, anchors, and senior production staff to ensure quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in broadcast, streaming, or cable news, preferably on live daily shows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing skills, and strong editorial judgment.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Ability to work 12pm-8pm ET shift, with occasional flexibility for 10am-6pm.
