What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, representing the brand with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, SMS, and other engagement platforms.
- Qualify and nurture leads to determine their fit for counseling services.
- Schedule consultations for the Account Executive team to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activity within HubSpot.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a competitive accredited U.S. university.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work 10am-7pm PST during the week and at least one full weekend shift per week.
- One or more years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume outbound calling.
- Experience with CRM software and Google Workspace.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in EdTech, admissions, or college counseling.
- Experience using HubSpot, Slack, and Zoom.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales metrics.
