Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be available to work 10am-7pm PST with at least one full weekend shift per week.

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, representing the brand with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, SMS, and other engagement platforms.
  • Qualify and nurture leads to determine their fit for counseling services.
  • Schedule consultations for the Account Executive team to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activity within HubSpot.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a competitive accredited U.S. university.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work 10am-7pm PST during the week and at least one full weekend shift per week.
  • One or more years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume outbound calling.
  • Experience with CRM software and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in EdTech, admissions, or college counseling.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales metrics.
