Compensation: OTE $170,000 with uncapped earning potential.

What you will do
- Own and grow the Texas territory by identifying priority districts and closing long-term partnerships.
- Build and lead a high-performing regional team, including AEs and Math Success Managers.
- Generate pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and presence at education conferences.
- Lead consultative conversations with district leaders to address math education challenges.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, and Math Success teams to deliver demos and proposals.
- Refine the regional go-to-market playbook to support broader U.S. expansion.
Requirements
- Must be based in Dallas, Austin, or Houston and willing to travel ~50% of the time.
- Proven track record of performance in fast-paced environments like consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startups.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with experience owning outcomes and building processes from scratch.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders in institutional settings.
