What you will do

• Own and grow the Texas territory by identifying priority districts and closing long-term partnerships.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional team, including AEs and Math Success Managers.
• Generate pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and presence at education conferences.
• Lead consultative conversations with district leaders to address math education challenges.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, and Math Success teams to deliver demos and proposals.
• Refine the regional go-to-market playbook to support broader U.S. expansion.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, Austin, or Houston and willing to travel ~50% of the time.
• Proven track record of performance in fast-paced environments like consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startups.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with experience owning outcomes and building processes from scratch.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders in institutional settings.
