Salary: $77,600–$97,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for small to medium sized inbound leads (2,500 to 10,000 students) across the West and Midwest.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of target partners and conduct pitch meetings to demonstrate product value.
  • Coordinate with internal Success, Professional Learning, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Meet monthly and yearly sales targets while tracking all lead activity in Salesforce.
  • Assist in the contracting process and respond to RFPs/RFQs and vendor documentation requests.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by relaying partner feedback to help prioritize the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Continental US or Hawaii.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or professional learning roles.
  • At least 1 year of experience specifically partnering with U.S. schools or school districts.
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 Education market and EdTech providers.
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency using a CRM to track sales stages, preferably Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Background as a former classroom teacher or administrator.
  • Experience with district procurement processes, including submitting bids for RFPs/RFQs.
