What you will do

• Communicate the Learning Blade value proposition to educators and district leaders.
• Research districts to align Learning Blade resources with their STEM and career exploration goals.
• Manage outreach activities and track engagement metrics within Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with State Managers to prioritize high-growth districts and schedule professional development sessions.
• Meet and exceed activity metrics related to outreach, follow-up, and program adoption.
• Continuously build knowledge of education trends and college/career readiness initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
• Previous experience in prospecting, sales, or teaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high organizational skills.
• Growth mindset and a strong desire to learn.
• Integrity and persistence in achieving professional goals.
