TL;DR

What you will do

  • Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities for educational products to existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to launch and measure targeted sales campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate product value clearly and persuasively to diverse educational audiences.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, processes, and customer service practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or Education.
  • Experience in the education sector.
