What you will do
- Introduce the Learning Platform to new clients through outbound outreach, trade shows, and email campaigns.
- Manage prospecting efforts for a designated territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Create and execute quarterly plans to ensure sales quotas are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update lead statuses within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors to qualify and hand off high-potential sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German or Italian is required.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and sell complex enterprise software solutions.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in sales or tech-related sales environments.
- Strong communication skills with an assertive and creative approach to prospecting.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
