What you will do

  • Introduce the hirify.global Learning Platform to new clients through outbound outreach, trade shows, and email campaigns.
  • Manage prospecting efforts for a designated territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Create and execute quarterly plans to ensure sales quotas are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update lead statuses within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to qualify and hand off high-potential sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German or Italian is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and sell complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience in sales or tech-related sales environments.
  • Strong communication skills with an assertive and creative approach to prospecting.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
