What you will do

  • Assist transportation providers with inquiries and service concerns.
  • Manage scheduling tasks including modifications and cancellations of reservations.
  • Document and investigate complaints or incidents to maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to provider concerns and escalate unresolved grievances.
  • Ensure accurate entry of trip-related data into company systems.
  • Participate in team meetings and assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Hawaii (HI)
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused demeanor.
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Composure under pressure and ability to handle high call volumes.
