TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the U.S.

Compensation: $17.87–$28.85 per hour USD.

What you will do

  • Provide efficient technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Retain customers by addressing service issues and identifying potential fraud.
  • Master company products to resolve technical problems through to completion.
  • Record all customer interactions and provide quality feedback to team supervisors.
  • Support special projects, porting, and service-level requirements.
  • Follow up on customer escalations to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder residing in the U.S. for at least 3 years.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer technical support inbound call center.
  • 2+ years of experience resolving basic user-related technical problems.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and superior problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet access.

Nice to have

  • Experience with iOS.
  • HTML experience.
  • Active, transferable U.S. Security clearance at the Public Trust level or higher.
