What you will do

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Compile billing packets and assist in the timely filing of insurance claims.
• Perform accurate data entry across multiple internal systems.
• Handle confidential patient health information (PHI) in strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve claim-related issues.

Requirements
