What you will do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls while meeting service level objectives.
- Manage clinical referrals, consent forms, and general inquiries via email and SharePoint.
- Provide professional, empathetic support to ensure patient and provider needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal clinical and non-clinical teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to team goals and assist with various administrative projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience.
- Must be available for a fixed schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CT.
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be located in the United States.
