What you will do
- Drive B2B sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance and win rates.
- Conduct regular sales training, coaching sessions, and role plays.
- Track and monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and sales productivity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve conversion.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience selling to US corporate customers.
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, HR Tech, Compliance, or Corporate Learning.
- Strong leadership experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Proficiency in KPI tracking, sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM management.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Familiarity with AI sales tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Experience in corporate training or certification industries.
