What you will do

  • Drive B2B sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance and win rates.
  • Conduct regular sales training, coaching sessions, and role plays.
  • Track and monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve conversion.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience selling to US corporate customers.
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, HR Tech, Compliance, or Corporate Learning.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in KPI tracking, sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Familiarity with AI sales tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Experience in corporate training or certification industries.
