What you will do

• Partner with the Executive Team and senior leaders from world-leading banks and insurers.
• Shape the strategic agenda of the company at the forefront of Financial Services innovation.
• Define growth platforms, create new business models, and unlock industry-shaping opportunities.
• Drive critical decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives that determine the company's future direction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting with a track record of driving transformation.
• Experience as a trusted advisor to senior executives, leading high-impact initiatives.
• Industry expertise in Banking or Insurance.
• Fluency in English and German required.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Master's degree.
