Senior Business Consultant (Onboarding & Integration)

Location: Mexico City; hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office and remote work on other days

What you will do

• Act as the primary business contact for custodians, brokers, and other financial data providers during onboarding.
• Establish data files, formats, communication channels, frequencies, and delivery timelines.
• Lead the mapping of external data to internal integration models and coordinate the required resources.
• Coordinate with SWIFT and non-SWIFT integration partners to ensure secure, accurate, and timely data flow.
• Plan and oversee end-to-end testing cycles, final deployment activities, and post-go-live issue resolution.
• Track onboarding and integration success metrics.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating onboarding, integration, or implementation projects in asset management or asset servicing.
• Hands-on knowledge of data mapping and interfacing between external providers and internal systems.
• Experience planning and driving cross-functional testing cycles to completion.
• Working knowledge of SWIFT and non-SWIFT data integration channels.
• Understanding of custodians, brokers, and other financial data providers, with confident communication across external and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.
