Founder's Office Generalist (Fintech)

Location: Malaysia; hybrid work from the Malaysia office at least 3 days per week

hirify.global operates a mobile-first insurance platform and is expanding into a finance super app covering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and other financial services across Asia.

What you will do

• Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app.
• Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring, and operating plans.
• Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners, and business models.
• Turn founder-level ideas into structured plans with owners, timelines, and next actions.
• Work across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations, and country teams.
• Build trackers, briefs, memos, operating documents, and execution rhythms while owning urgent business problems through resolution.

Requirements

• Strong generalist profile with high ownership, strong writing, business judgment, and structured thinking.
• Ability to learn new industries, regulations, and markets quickly.
• Comfort working across licensing, partnerships, operations, market research, and execution.
• Ability to turn ambiguous inputs into clear plans and follow through on details.
• Fast, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
• Strong English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing, or founder-led environments.
