Business Consultant (Senior, Lead, and Principal) – Consulting Central Europe (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Own key components and workstreams within SimCorp One implementation projects.
• Analyze client requirements, business processes, and financial instrument lifecycles across banks, asset managers, and insurance companies.
• Translate business requirements into standard SimCorp One solutions and design custom enhancements when needed.
• Work with Project Managers and serve as a trusted client contact throughout project delivery.
• Prepare functional and business requirements for product enhancements and collaborate with Product Management.
• Coach less experienced colleagues, improve implementation methodologies, and contribute to international knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• For Lead and Principal roles, experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in banking, asset management, insurance, or consulting.
• Experience with SimCorp One or a proven track record implementing financial software solutions.
• Independent, analytical, solution-oriented working style with strong communication, consulting, commercial awareness, and customer focus.
• Fluent English is required.
• Availability for occasional travel to support client engagements.
