Client Consulting Senior Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office.

What you will do

• Oversee consulting activities and deliver high-quality consulting engagements for hirify.global clients in the UK & Ireland cluster.
• Understand client objectives and identify opportunities to improve and grow client businesses in collaboration with Account Management.
• Develop project approaches and business solutions, then lead delivery through internal and external project teams.
• Manage analytics solutions and data insights with the Data Science team and leverage hirify.global’s product, innovation, and data capabilities.
• Manage project costs, budgets, timeframes, and delivery quality while contributing to consulting sales and delivery targets.
• Build client relationships, develop thought leadership on payments and the UK & Ireland banking ecosystem, and support consulting practice development.

Requirements

• Significant experience in retail banking, the payment card industry, and/or merchant retail business.
• 5–10 years of management consulting experience with proven project delivery and expertise in consulting methodologies.
• Project experience in a digital and technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of data analytics methodologies, tools, and the use of data insights for business growth.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, including at senior executive level and across organizational levels.
• Strong sales orientation and experience selling major projects or ideas to senior management.
• Excellent spoken and written command of English.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and convey complex technical information.
• Strong business acumen, business analysis skills, integrity, business ethics, willingness to travel where required, and willingness to maintain professional development.
