Salary: $70,434 - $95,294 per year

What you will do
- Manage knowledge tools and resources to ensure HR information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, including root cause analysis and process optimization.
- Establish performance metrics and create dashboards to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Perform Quality Assurance evaluations of HR Service Center Representatives to ensure operational excellence.
- Onboard and transition business processes from Centers of Excellence to HR Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience and deliver high-quality client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, communications, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Must be based in the USA (indicated by 401k, HSA, and EEO compliance).
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday or Case Management tools.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry.
- Continuous Improvement or Lean Six Sigma experience.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and analytical skills.
