What you will do

  • Manage 10-15 named healthcare accounts, balancing white space prospecting with existing customer expansion.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external ecosystem partners to expand the company's footprint within major health systems.
  • Conduct quarterly Customer Business Reviews to demonstrate platform value and manage renewals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting within Salesforce.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, and CMOs to align security solutions with business drivers.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of field sales experience selling complex cybersecurity solutions to medium and large accounts.
  • Proven background in the Healthcare sector, including health systems, payors, or medical manufacturing.
  • Existing network of relationships within major health systems in the territory.
  • Demonstrable track record of overachievement in revenue targets.
  • Experience working with Channel Partners and two-tier distribution models.
  • Ability to develop complex, multi-product, and multi-year proposals.
