What you will do
- Manage 10-15 named healthcare accounts, balancing white space prospecting with existing customer expansion.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external ecosystem partners to expand the company's footprint within major health systems.
- Conduct quarterly Customer Business Reviews to demonstrate platform value and manage renewals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting within Salesforce.
- Engage with executive stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, and CMOs to align security solutions with business drivers.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of field sales experience selling complex cybersecurity solutions to medium and large accounts.
- Proven background in the Healthcare sector, including health systems, payors, or medical manufacturing.
- Existing network of relationships within major health systems in the territory.
- Demonstrable track record of overachievement in revenue targets.
- Experience working with Channel Partners and two-tier distribution models.
- Ability to develop complex, multi-product, and multi-year proposals.
