TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Cybersecurity, AI): Drive multi-million dollar commitments for AI-powered security products by expanding Claude's footprint across customer product portfolios and internal operations with an accent on building executive relationships and navigating complex security evaluations. Focus on shaping hirify.global's go-to-market strategy in the cybersecurity vertical and ensuring system reliability under heavy traffic.

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid - expect to be in office at least 25% of the time)

Salary: $360,000–$435,000 USD (Annual OTE)

What you will do

  • Win new business and drive revenue within strategic cybersecurity accounts, owning the full sales cycle.
  • Drive expansion of Claude across various buying centers within strategic accounts, including product, platform, and security research teams.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with C-suite executives, CISOs, security architects, and product/engineering leaders.
  • Partner with Solutions Architect and Product teams on technical scoping, custom agent development, and enterprise deployments.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the cybersecurity market, identifying and developing relevant use cases.
  • Serve as the voice of the cybersecurity customer internally, informing product roadmaps and contributing to hirify.global's reputation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to or within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including key market segments and major players.
  • Experience selling to security-focused buyers (CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders).
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to engage C-suite and senior security leaders.
  • Experience with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001).
  • Consultative sales approach with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience at a cybersecurity vendor or in a security-focused role.
  • Technical background or certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM).
  • Existing relationships with CISOs and security leaders.
  • Experience selling AI/ML solutions into security use cases.
