What you will do

  • Perform day-to-day transactional and administrative processes to support the HR Shared Services team.
  • Manage customer-focused communication with current and former employees regarding service requests and case resolutions.
  • Conduct scheduled audits to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policy provisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain detailed procedure documentation.
  • Participate in the design, testing, and production support of new HR systems and enhancements.
  • Meet KPI customer satisfaction levels for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Pennsylvania
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of a degree).
  • 3 years of progressive experience in Compensation, Health & Welfare, Retirement Benefits, Leave Administration, or Talent Acquisition Operations.
  • Experience with high-volume case management and coding time in UKG.
  • Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing HR functional areas.

Nice to have

  • PHR/SPHR certification.
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
  • Workday Certification.
