Salary: $59,010 – $88,510

What you will do
- Execute centralized HR processes and administrative activities including I-9 compliance and tuition reimbursement.
- Perform daily system audits and maintain the integrity of organizational data within the HR system landscape.
- Resolve complex HR requests using established procedures and provide accurate, timely responses.
- Lead process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR HUB operations.
- Coordinate system modifications, upgrades, and end-user testing for HR applications.
- Develop and maintain a Knowledge Management repository of case studies and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, or Statistics.
- Minimum three years of experience in HR data administration, HR operations, or HR Shared Services.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-based environment.
- Must be located in the Kennewick, WA area to support the hybrid work requirement.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday or similar HR management systems.
- Prior experience in a shared services model.
