• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.
• Execute end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including housing, savings plans, and insurance.
• Maintain accurate employee data and records within Workday and other HR systems.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with local and remote team members to ensure consistent service delivery and process documentation.

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services.
• Fluent Japanese and good English (written and verbal) are mandatory.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Japan without sponsorship.
• Experience with employee lifecycle activities and benefits administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
