What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain automotive dealer clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Oversee portfolio servicing, monitor account performance, and address client concerns.
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate dealership creditworthiness and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and able to travel (>75% of the time).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
